Yes. Lyniti pricing is month-to-month, so you can cancel your plan from billing settings at any time. There are no cancellation fees, and paid plans keep access until the end of the current billing period unless you are canceling a free trial.
After canceling, you keep access to your higher tier data and usage until the end of your current billing period. If you are on a free trial, access is revoked immediately upon cancellation.
Yes. Lyniti offers a free trial so you can test the workspace, pricing tier, projects, clients, files, chat, invoices, approvals, and bookkeeping before committing. Your data is preserved for 30 days after the trial ends, giving you time to choose a paid plan.
Yes, all plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. You will still need to pay for the ongoing month and any overage. You can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees.
Personal starts with 1 included user. Standard starts with 5 included users. Team starts with 80 included users. Every plan can add more users at any time with per-user pricing.

Lyniti does not currently offer a dedicated mobile app. You can still access Lyniti from a mobile browser, and native mobile apps are on the roadmap.
Yes, you can access Lyniti from any device with a web browser. Currently there is no mobile or desktop app, but they are on our roadmap.
If you exceed plan limits, Lyniti applies the overage rate listed for your pricing tier, such as extra users or storage. We notify you before limits are exceeded so you can upgrade, reduce usage, or keep the overage on your next monthly bill.
Yes. You can update your payment method, billing details, or payer from Lyniti billing settings. This keeps invoices, plan payments, and workspace subscription management tied to the correct business or card.
Overages are calculated per workspace and added to the same invoice as your next monthly plan payment. This keeps Lyniti billing clear: your base pricing tier, extra users, storage, or usage overage appear together.
Yes, we take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow industry best practices and comply with GDPR, NIS principles, and OWASP Top 10 guidelines.

SSO is available on Standard, Team, and Enterprise. Out of the box we support Google, Microsoft, and Github. Enterprise can have custom SSO.
We currently do not have formal compliance certifications. We follow NIS principles for security and OWASP Top 10 guidelines. As we grow, we will complete the necessary audits.
Yes, you can export your data. Download files from the Files page and export bookkeeping data as CSV from the Bookkeeping page.

When users are added during a billing month, Lyniti bills based on the average number of users in the workspace for that month. This keeps plan billing fair when your team grows or changes mid-cycle.
Yes, you can download invoices with your company details from your billing settings. Invoices include tax information where applicable.

Each plan includes a set number of active projects. You can archive completed projects to stay within your limit, or upgrade for more.
Yes, you can invite guests and collaborate with external partners in shared workspaces. This feature is available on Standard and above.
Personal includes 50GB, Standard includes 150GB, and Team includes 2TB. After that, storage is €0,10 per GB for Team and €0,15 per GB for Personal/Standard.
The Lyniti free trial lasts for 14 days. During the trial you can explore the workspace, compare plan fit, test core features, and decide whether to continue with a paid monthly plan.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your Lyniti plan at any time from billing settings. Plan changes are prorated, so your next invoice reflects the pricing difference for the time remaining in the billing period.
