Billing & Subscriptions
Manage your workspace subscription, view usage, and handle billing. Only workspace owners can access billing settings.

Open Billing#
- Click Business in the sidebar (bottom section)
- Click Billing
Or go directly to /dashboard/billing.
Subscription Plans#
- Personal — €9/mo, 1 seat, 50 GB storage, 150 GB bandwidth, 10,000 API calls, 20 clients
- Standard — €45/mo, 5 seats, 150 GB storage, 500 GB bandwidth, 200,000 API calls, 50 clients
- Team — €450/mo, 80 seats, 2 TB storage, 6 TB bandwidth, 5,000,000 API calls, 200 clients
- Enterprise — Custom pricing, unlimited seats, storage, bandwidth, API calls, and clients

Plan Features#
- Personal — Bookkeeping, Invoices, Tasks, Calendar, Whiteboard, Client messaging
- Standard — All Personal + Financial Requests, 5+ users
- Team — All Standard + 80+ users, priority support
- Enterprise — All Team + custom SSO, onboarding & training
Change Your Plan#
- Open Billing settings
- Click Change Plan
- Select a new tier
- You're redirected to Stripe to confirm the change
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Usage Dashboard#
The Usage Dashboard shows your current consumption vs. plan limits:
- Seats — Active members
- Storage — Total file storage used
- Bandwidth — Data transferred
- API Calls — API invocations
- Clients — Active client records
A warning banner appears when you're approaching any limit.

Overage Pricing#
Exceeding plan limits incurs metered overage charges:
- Extra seats — €1.00 / seat / month
- Extra storage — €0.15 / GB / month
- Extra bandwidth — €0.10 / GB
- Extra API calls — €0.02 / 1,000 calls
- Extra clients — €0.50 / client / month
Grace Periods#
If payment fails or the subscription lapses:
- Personal — 14 days
- Standard — 30 days
- Team — 60 days
- Enterprise — 90 days
Grace notifications are sent at day 7, day 21, and day 29. After the grace period, the workspace may be suspended.
Payment Processing#
All payments are processed through Stripe. You can:
- Update your payment method
- View billing history
- Download invoices

Enterprise subscriptions are not available via self-serve checkout. Contact [email protected] for:
- Custom user limits
- SSO integration
- Onboarding and training
- Dedicated support
