Docs/Workspace Management

Workspace Management

Manage multiple workspaces, switch between them, and configure workspace-level settings.

Workspace Selector#

The workspace selector is at the top of the sidebar. It shows the current workspace logo and name.

Workspace selector

Switch Workspaces#

  1. Click the workspace selector
  2. A dropdown lists all your workspaces
  3. Click any workspace to switch

From the Dropdown#

  • Workspace name — Switch to that workspace
  • Create Workspace — Start the workspace creation flow
  • Join Workspace — Enter an invite code to join

Multi-Workspace Navigation#

Each workspace has its own:

  • Chats and contacts
  • Tasks and projects
  • Files and folders
  • Financial data (bookkeeping, invoices, etc.)
  • Team members and roles

Switching workspaces changes all of these contexts.

Workspace Settings#

Access settings from the sidebar:

  • Profile — Your personal profile (name, avatar, status)
  • Billing — Subscription and usage (owners only)
  • Settings — Language, theme, notifications, finance format

See Settings for details.

No Workspace View#

If you have no workspaces (e.g., new account), the dashboard shows two options:

  • Create a Workspace — Start a new workspace
  • Join a Workspace — Enter an invite code
