Creating a Workspace
Workspaces are the top-level container for your team's data — chats, tasks, files, and financial records.

From the Dashboard#
When you first sign up with no workspaces, you'll see a choice: Create a Workspace or Join a Workspace.
Click Create a Workspace to begin.
Step 1: Workspace Details#
- Click the workspace selector (top of the sidebar) → Create Workspace
- Enter a Workspace Name (required)
- Add a Description (optional)
- Click Continue to Plan Selection

Step 2: Choose a Plan#
Select from the available tiers:
- Personal — €9/mo, 1 seat, 50 GB storage. Best for solo users.
- Standard — €45/mo, 5 seats, 150 GB storage. Best for small teams.
- Team — €450/mo, 80 seats, 2 TB storage. Best for growing organizations.
- Enterprise — Custom pricing, unlimited seats and storage. Best for large organizations.

Enterprise plans require contacting [email protected]. No self-serve checkout.
Complete Payment#
After selecting a plan, you're redirected to Stripe Checkout to enter payment details. Once payment is processed, your workspace is created immediately.
Quick Create from Sidebar#
For existing users, the sidebar workspace selector has a Create Workspace option. This opens a modal with:
- Workspace Name
- Description
- Color (optional)
- Logo upload (optional)
The same plan selection and billing flow applies.

After Creation#
Your new workspace appears in the workspace selector. From here you can:
- Invite team members
- Set up roles and permissions
- Start using Tasks, Chat, or Bookkeeping
