Configure language, themes, notifications, finance format, privacy, and more.

Open Settings#

Click the gear icon in the global topbar (top of the page).

Language & Region#

Language#

Select your interface language. Available languages depend on installed locale files.

Finance Style#

Choose how numbers are formatted:

Thousands Separator#

These preferences persist per user via the API.

Notifications#

Quiet Hours#

Set a time window when notifications are silenced:

1. Toggle Enable Quiet Hours
2. Set Start Time (e.g., 22:00)
3. Set End Time (e.g., 08:00)

During quiet hours, no notification sounds or popups appear.

Notification Volume#

Adjust the volume level for notification sounds.

Theme Selector#

Choose from 8 themes:

Your theme selection persists across sessions.

Desktop#

Settings specific to the desktop (Electron) app:

• Chat Navigation Behavior — What happens to chat when you navigate:
  • Minimize (default) — Chat collapses but stays accessible
  • Close — Chat closes completely

Time Format#

• 12-hour (e.g., 3:00 PM)
• 24-hour (e.g., 15:00)

Applied to the clock in the global topbar and all time displays.

Privacy#

Privacy settings control what other workspace members can see about you. Access from Settings → Privacy or /dashboard/settings/privacy.

Profile#

Edit your personal information from the profile page:

1. Click your avatar in the sidebar
2. Click Profile

Or go to /dashboard/profile.

Editable Fields#

• First name, Last name
• Username
• Email
• Country, Address, City, State, Postal Code
• Date of birth
• Phone number
• Language
• Avatar (upload with preview)
• Mood / status message

Delete Account#

1. Scroll to the bottom of the profile page
2. Click Delete Account
3. Confirm in the modal

Account deletion is scheduled for 30 days. You can cancel during this period.

Presence Status#

Set your availability from the sidebar profile dropdown:

Auto-AFK detects inactivity and sets you to Away automatically.
