Docs/Clients

Clients

Manage client relationships with statuses, priorities, health scores, and contact tracking.

Open Clients#

Click Clients in the sidebar.

Client List#

The main page shows all clients with search and filter options.

Client Properties#

Each client has:

  • Name — Client contact name
  • Company — Company name
  • Email — Contact email
  • Phone — Phone number
  • Status — Current relationship status
  • Priority — Business priority level
  • Health Score — Relationship health indicator
  • Last Contact — Date of last interaction

Client Statuses#

  • Prospect (Grey) — Potential client, no active work
  • Active (Green) — Currently engaged
  • Inactive (Yellow) — Previously active, now dormant
  • Churned (Red) — Left or ended relationship
  • On Hold (Orange) — Temporarily paused

Client Priorities#

  • VIP (Purple) — Key strategic accounts
  • High (Red) — Important accounts
  • Medium (Blue) — Standard accounts
  • Low (Grey) — Low-engagement accounts

Create a Client#

  1. Click New Client
  2. Fill in the client details (name, company, email, phone, status, priority)
  3. Click Save

Client Detail Page#

Click a client in the list to open their detail page. The detail view shows:

  • Full client profile
  • Client Sidepanel with additional actions and notes
  • Activity history

Client Workspaces#

Clients can be given limited workspace access (client access mode). In this mode, they only see:

  • Chat — With channel list
  • Files — Shared folders only

Clients cannot access tasks, calendar, whiteboard, or financial modules.

Date Display#

Last contact dates display relative to today:

  • "Today"
  • "Yesterday"
  • "X days ago"
  • Full localized date (for older dates)

Permissions#

Client access depends on your role:

  • create — Add new clients
  • read — View client list and details
  • update — Edit client information
  • delete — Remove clients
  • invite — Invite clients to the workspace
  • export — Export client data
